AVANTI INTERACTIVE / OUR WORK
Pacific Pain & Wellness Group: from discovery to the front desk
A healthcare website should connect what a patient sees online with the work the office needs to do next. Our PPWG implementation brings practice information, consultation requests and intake into a clearer sequence.
Clear plan. Agreed price. A free first conversation, with no obligation to proceed.
Talk about your practice
Discover the practice and understand a service
The public practice website introduces PPWG and its services. A dedicated ketamine service page gives visitors a focused place to read practice information and find a call or private consultation-request path. The purpose is to make the next step clear without requiring an account or a medical history to make an initial inquiry.
Clinical information remains the practice's responsibility. This example demonstrates content organization and consultation pathways, not an endorsement of a treatment or a promise about outcomes.
Request a visit before completing intake
The first-contact form is separate from the longer patient intake workflow. A consultation request is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment. Staff follow up, determine the next step and ask for intake when appropriate.
The public screenshots show empty forms. Completed forms, patient documents and production patient records are not part of this showcase.
Support the office workflow
The implementation includes staff review and a process connected to DrChrono, PPWG's patient-record system. This is evidence of a particular delivered integration, not a claim that every office system has the same capabilities.
The homepage walkthrough also shows a staff-interface demonstration and an example report. Those images use explicitly fictional contacts and metrics; they are not PPWG's actual patient data or performance results.
Make approved practice information accessible
The supplied Aliigo welcome screen illustrates the assistant interface alongside the website and intake examples. No visitor messages or patient information are shown. The intended role is helping people find approved practice information and contact paths, not providing individual medical advice.
For another practice, we begin with its own goals and existing systems. We agree priorities, assess access and supported connections, and define the implementation and ongoing support before work starts.

Questions from practice teams
Are these measured client results?
No. This case study shows delivered interfaces and workflow scope. It does not claim a measured increase in rankings, bookings, revenue or clinical outcomes.
Can we review a similar plan for our practice?
Yes. Share your website and the marketing or office-work problem you want to solve. We discuss the current setup before proposing a scope and price. Do not include patient information.
Start with what your practice needs.
We review your goals and current setup, agree priorities and propose the work and price before you commit. Please keep patient information out of business inquiries.
